SMC Alliance annual review and planning meeting

March 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd 2022

Dear SMC Alliance colleagues

We wish you a good start into the year 2022 and appreciate your continued support for the Alliance. We are pleased to announce that this year’s annual meeting will take place on the 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd of March 2022.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year’s meeting will again be virtual. The log-in details will be shared with you in due course. As places are limited, kindly confirm your attendance as soon as the reservation details are shared.

The proposed format of the meeting is as follows

• Three virtual half-day meetings from 14:00 – 17:00 (WAT) each day.
• All speakers are kindly asked to submit their presentations by the 25th of February.  Speakers can opt to submit a slide deck only, or a slide deck with a video (mp3 file) of themselves delivering their presentation.
• Regarding the content of the presentations, countries are encouraged to share insights on innovations developed, key lessons learnt, or cross-country programmatic areas that could benefit their peers and partners.
• A template will be provided for developing the presentations.
